Midlife Is a Threshold. Not a Crisis.
A space for women navigating change, reconnecting with themselves, and discovering what comes next.
Maybe some of this sounds familiar:
You’re grieving the loss of a parent or the end of a relationship
You’re standing at a crossroads and your old identity is collapsing
Old patterns you thought you had left behind are back
You’ve outgrown your career
You want to quit everything and move to the other side of the world
Your body is changing and your emotions are all over the place
You feel like you developed severe undiagnosed ADHD and a dozen other disorders overnight
Or perhaps your have a full life that feels pretty good and you simply want to create a little extra space to care for your own needs
You’ve come to the right place.

My offer to you: a judgment-free space where you can land, be held and reconnect with yourself, without having to fix yourself first. Together, we work through the big and small questions of your life, find out who you are becoming, and get you your healthy, sexy body back.
What you can expect if you decide to work with me: a juicy blend of yoga, Ayurveda, Unshaming, energy work, somatic movement and voice work. A creative healing container that embraces all of you: the messy, the sparkling, the pretty, the whole magnificent goddess you are.
What is Unshaming? - a process-oriented approach to witnessing and befriending the parts of ourselves we judge, hide or feel ashamed of. Met with curiosity and love instead of rejection, those parts start to move.
My work
My work is informed by over 15 years of yoga teaching and ongoing training in integrative psychotherapy, transpersonal psychology, psychedelic medicine and shamanism.
I’m particularly interested in midlife: when old patterns resurface, familiar identities shift, and we begin questioning who we are and how we want to live. I create spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, make room for what is emerging, and explore new possibilities without having to fix themselves first.

Who am I?
Yoga teacher, Ayurveda Wellness Coach for women, energy worker, actor, artist, facilitator. Integrative psychedelic psychotherapist in the making and medicine woman on her journey of remembering.
I was born in Vienna (Austria) and raised in the beautiful countryside where I always felt a little out of place. After finishing high school, I moved to Berlin to become a make-up artist, only to realise that I wanted to be on stage, not behind it (frankly, I already knew that at age 14). So I packed my bags again and moved to London to study acting.
When I found myself in a painful episode of “Dark night of the soul“ at the beginning of my thirties, it set me on a journey to India, where I quite literally stumbled into my first yoga teacher training. Back in Europe, I began teaching yoga and haven't stopped since. That was over 15 years ago. Over the years, I also worked in theatre, film, audio production, copywriting and hospitality.
Alongside these different chapters, one thread has remained constant: a deep curiosity about the human psyche and a passion for creating spaces where people can explore what lies beneath the surface. When I reached another threshold at age 40, this desire led me to go back to University and study Psychology.
Then my mother's death turned my world upside down, pulling me far from the life I had only just begun to feel at home in. Another dark night of the soul, another journey - this time to Latin America. Eventually, I took an even bigger leap and left everything behind to move to Mexico.
Today, I divide my time between two continents while completing my training in integrative psychedelic psychotherapy. Each chapter has changed how I see the world, how I meet people, and how I understand the many ways we can find our way back to ourselves.
Not to become someone else, but to discover what becomes possible when you no longer have to fight parts of yourself.
